My services will commence 4 weeks prior to your wedding. During this time, we will focus on creating your wedding timeline and reviewing all the details for your big day.

Identify Gaps or Missing Plan Details
As part of the planning process, I will help identify any gaps or missing details to ensure a comprehensive and seamless event.

Confirm Vendors
I will share the timeline details with your vendors and assist with any questions they may have regarding the schedule.

Décor Setup
I'll assist with décor setup but won't be involved in design or prep. I recommend consulting with a specialist for the best results.

Oversee & Manage Wedding Day Events
I will help coordinate all activities to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for you and your guests.

Detailed Checklist
Once hired, I will provide you with a checklist and a guide to the most commonly overlooked wedding details.

10 Hours of Service

Rehearsal Services

Clean Up (Outside of Standard 10 Hours)

I am available to assist with the clean-up of your personal items/décor at the venue.

Travel (50+ Miles Outside of BZN)

I love to travel! We can review the logistics of this w/ your quote.

During events, it's often necessary to 'flip' the room.

At LWL, we stay current w/ trends, and currently, personalized guides & schedules are ‘in’!
